Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - condemned and unserviceable bg alco loco no.wdg3a 13500 with available items [refer enclosure for the material composition].location: diesel loco shed goc. custodian: sse/diesel shed/goc. re-claimable items - [1] wheel set complete [axle, wheel disc, bull gear, rsp tube, axle boxes hnbc with bearings]-6 sets. advice note no.073817-25-14312, dt: 11.02.26. note-[1] delivery to be made on as is where is and lot basis.[2]the location indicated is only tentative. railway reserves the right to change the location of sold loco, based on the availability of track, cutting and loading space and other administrative reason, as deemed fit by the auction conducting officer.[3]gas/chisel cutting is permitted only to sizes that are loadable with a crane, only after ensuring sufficient safety measures against fire hazards etc. to avoid any mishap to any person, railway material etc. and the same should be ensured by the witnessing officials.[4]in case purchasers require usage of any railway assets/materials such as electricity/ forklift truck etc. during the process of delivery, they are required to pay the prescribed amount to railways, as directed by the respective custodian of the lot. special condition-[1] reclaimable item as said above in description of the lot, should be returned to the custodian before commencing delivery.[2] in order to make the assessment, the purchaser may visit the locos offered for condemnation and the site conditions before quoting the offer.[3]the purchaser has to make his own arrangements such as tools, lifting tackles, lifting equipment, gas cutting equipment.[4]the weight and quantities were taken into consideration as advised by the custodian [5]the purchaser may note that some of the reclaimable items of locos are to be stripped instead of gas cutting to avoid damage to rc items and the purchaser should make such arrangements.[6]the purchaser is strictly instructed to transport/stack all the reclaimable items at one location well away from the cut off parts of the locos as directed by the custodian. [7]the purchaser will be held responsible for any damage/fire accident caused to the railway property. [8] railway is not responsible for any shortage.[9] after completion of delivery, purchaser has to keep the cutting and loading spot neat and clean,free of any left over loco scrap.[10]railways does not guarantee for quality, quantity description etc.[11] delivery should commence immediately after cutting without any delay. [12] the courts in chennai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the matters/disputes arising out of the contract/arbitration/conciliation proceedings and the place of arbitration/conciliation, if any, shall be in chennai only. [13] bsv partly paid along with emd will be forfeited, if full payment is not received in stipulated time, with interest if any applicable. [14] part delivery is not permitted against part payment. [15]if any hsd oil/lube oil available in fuel tank/oil sump of the said locos, the same may be returned to the custodian. (b) the coaches are to be sold without 04 nos. serviceable bogies against srl no: 01-01 (bogie no. 101920/10), srl no.04-01 (bogie no 815-1024 /06) srl no.05-01 ( bogie no. 130036/13) and srl no.06-01(bogie no. 101723/10) (c) the coaches are to be sold with 08 nos.unserviceable bogies without excluded fittings. against srl no. 01-01, srl no 02-02, srl no 03-02, srl no.04-01no, srl no 05-01 and srl no 06-01. nb[2]: special condition for rolling stock- a) all excluded materials including wheel sets and bogie, if any, are to be handed over by the purchaser at the specified location for which the purchaser have to arrange labour/tools/ equipment for loading of the excluded items from cutting site and then transport it to specified location by their own arrangement/vehicle. they have to unload and stack the excluded materials by their own arrangement including labours and hand over the same to: -(i) sse 27-28, bogies, coil spring, screw coupling, buffer sets etc. (ii) sse-19,wheel sets. (iii) sse-30, dv, aux reservoir, cr, common pipe bracket, alu. water tank, bmbc, etc. (iv) sse-25, bio toilet. (v) sse-51 battery, fan, alternator, etc. (vi) sse-55 (all ac items) to hand over to concern stock holder with clear acknowledgement. the delivery of cut pieces of last 10 persent of lot size (subject to minimum of 01 no. rolling stock) will commence only when all excluded fittings arisen out of sold lot has been successfully handed over to custodian. b). delivery witnessing official will ensure that such nil value items has been cleared by purchaser before taking cut pieces of last 10 persent of lot size (subject to minimum of 01 no. rolling stock) delivery witnessing official will record following certificate on sale delivery register "purchaser clear all nil value items arisen after cutting of sold rolling stock and there is no left over available at cutting site (c) the rolling stock may either be on the cutting line or grounded and may or may not have trolley/wheel set attached but the purchaser needs to shift to concerned location as advised by concerned sse. nb:-[3] serviceable 04 nos of bogies with complete fittings & 24 nos. wheel sets complete along with roller bearing, bio -tanks and other excluded fittings are to be handed over by the purchaser at specified location as advised by concerned sse at kgp/ws nb: (4) the firm shall follow all rules regarding the loading of vehicle as per rto /statuary bodies governed time to time. railway will not be responsible any breach of rules during loading / transportation done by the purchaser. nb:[5] delivery will be given in numbers. nb:[6] the purchaser is required to take adequate safety measures so that no railway property is near vicinity of the cutting spot is damaged in any way. the purchaser will be responsible for any damage/fire accident to the railway property caused during operation and delivery. and the purchaser will be solely responsible of any loss applied (railway employee or any other person) caused due to any activities involved while dismantling /cutting, of the coaches, transportation loading and unloading of all excluded fittings of the coaches . including wheel sets and trolleys.
