Tender For supply of safety equipment maintenance services at mlbp - dismantling the defective double hydrant valve, servicing including checking of spring assembly, replacing the washer if required, tightening of nuts and bolts etc., reassemble the complete valve and testing to ensure that there is no leakage and fixing of serviced good valve on hydrant post . job to be carried out as and when required on the advice of safety officer. party to quote the rate servicing and fixing including greasing etc., complete as to the requirement of a good functioning of valves. reports to be submitted on the monthly basis with bill. after carrying out the job all tools and tackles should be removed from the site immediately. while carrying out the job there should be no damage to the garden and grass, servicing of water monitors, checking movements, greasing of swivel joints, greasing of isolation valves, gland packing of isolation valve, replacement of gland rope if required and tightening, replacement of corroded studs/bolt if required. all monitors to be serviced once in a month. consumables like studs/bolts & gland rope etc. shall be supplied by hpcl. reports to be submit on the monthly basis with bill. after carrying out the job, all tools and tackles should remove from the site immediately. while carrying out the job there should be no damage to the garden and grass. 3. inspection of deluge valve functioning, checking for any air/water leakages & arresting the same, replacement of diaphragms, cleaning of airline, checking and servicing all online valves in air and water line. change of pressure gauges, removal and testing, fitting back etc. job to be carried out as and when required as directed by safety department. reports to be submit on the monthly basis with bill. after carrying outthe job, all tools and tackles should be removed from the site immediately. while carrying out the job there should be no damage to the garden and grass. plant have 14 no. of deluge valves
