(no. of weigh scales=12, frequency: once in 02 weeks for each weigh scale). 2. manpower assistance for cast house-a in general shift/shift assistance during checking and repairing of instruments associated with icms, wrms and other field mounted devices. assistance during cleaning and transportation of cables and equipments etc. 3. manpower assistance for cast house-a in general shift/shift assistance during replacement of defective thermowells/thermocouples in furnaces. 4. manpower assistance for cast house-a in general shift/shift assistance during calibration of crane weigh scales (no. of crane weigh scale=02. frequency: once in 02 weeks for each crane). 5. to carry out the job as and when required. work assistance to the technical staff in the maintenance of all oil counters including associated control valves & auto firing systems. no. of counters: 13, frequency: minimum once a week. approx. manpower: 01 semi-skilled for 01 hr. 6. to carry out the job as and when required. work assistance to regular technical personnel in shifts & general shifts in carrying spare parts to odd locations. manpower: 01 un-skilled. approx. work duration: 0.5 hr. 7. to carry out the job as and when required. transportation of materials & spares to various work sites, depttl. store, repair shops, etc. manpower: 01 un-skilled. approx. work duration: 0.5 hr. 8. to carry out the job as and when required. transportation of test weights from one location to another during calibration of weigh scales. manpower: 01 semi-skilled and 01 unskilled. approx. work duration: 0.5 hr. each. 9. to carry out the job as and when required. cleaning the area in case of fire accidents, flooding etc. manpower: 01 semi-skilled. approx. work duration: 01 hr 10. manpower assistance for icms of cast house-b in general shift/shift assistance during replacement of defective thermowells/thermocouples in furnaces of icms, cross checking of bath temperature with pti & all other maintenance jobs. 11. manpower assistance for t-caster in general shift/shift assistance during replacement of defective thermo wells/thermocouples in furnaces of t-caster, cross checking of bath temperature with pti & all other maintenance jobs. 12. manpower assistance for utilities area in general shift/shift assistance during maintenance jobs in hfo block, water block (02 nos.) &nitrogen plant. 13. to carry out the job as and when required. handling of weights during weigh scale calibration, cleaning and overhauling of weigh scale. no. of scale=7. normal frequency of calibration: monthly once of each weigh scale. 14. to carry out the jobs as and when required. work assistance to regular technical personnel in shifts & general shifts for carrying spare parts to odd locations. manpower: 01 un-skilled, approx work duration: 0.5 hr. 15. to carry out the job as and when required. transportation of materials & spares to various work sites, depttl. store, repair shops, etc. manpower: 01 un-skilled, approx work duration: 0.5 hr. 16. to carry out the job as and when required. transportation of test weights from one location to another during calibration of weigh scales. manpower: 01 semi-skilled & 01 unskilled. approx. work duration: 0.5 hr. each. 17. to carry out the job as and when required. assistance during calibration of crane weigh scales (no. of crane weigh scale=02. frequency: monthly once of each crane).
