Tender For supply of various conveyor sections and spare for conveyor system - supply of various conveyor sections, 1. conveyor section for centrally located drive: the conveyor section shall be used for centrally located drive units. total length of the section shall be 2 meter. the conveyor section shall have all the necessary items and ready to replace the existing section. vendors scope of supply includes, conveyor section assembled with side channels, conveyor tracks, flange ends at both ends, railing cum leg supports, railing angles, whmwpe wear pads fitted on the track, pillow block mounting, gear box mounting frame, idler shaft, idler sprockets, counter weights, soap solution tray, gaskets, anchor fasteners, m10 mounting bolt & nuts including chain complete in all respects including painting., conveyor track for straight section: this shall be used for existing straight conveyor section to replace the damaged conveyor tracks. 2.5 meter conveyor tracks (top and bottom) assembled with flanges, fitted with wear pads., common tail end: this common tail end should be combined type and total length of the section shall be 1.5 meter. the section shall have all the necessary items and ready to replace the existing section. vendor s scope of supply includes, common tail end conveyor section assembled with side channels, conveyor tracks, flange ends at both ends, railing cum leg supports, railing angles, whmwpe wear pads fitted on the track, idler shaft, idler sprockets, soap solution tray, gaskets, anchor fasteners, m10 mounting bolt & nuts including chain complete in all respects including painting., straight conveyor section: this is standard 2.5 meter straight conveyor section complete in all respects. the straight conveyor section shall have all the necessary items and ready to replace the existing section. vendors scope of supply includes, conveyor section assembled with side channels, conveyor tracks, flange ends at both ends, railing cum leg supports, railing angles, whmwpe wear pads fitted on the track, gaskets, anchor fasteners, m10 mounting bolt & nuts including chain complete in all respects including painting., divertors for t sections along with pneumatic cylinder and all the necessary fittings complete in all respect, twin arm stopper assembly. complete in all respects including pneumatic cylinders, rollers, all the necessary mountings, supporting legs and painting., uhmwpe wear pad for 90 degree bend section. side mounting wear pad for protection from chain slippage from the bend., uhmwpe wear pad for 90 degree bend section. wear pad for mounting on conveyor track of the 90 degree bend section., m10 x 35mm bolt nut washer set, counter weight set (left and right sided) along with mounting handle to be used for centrally located drive sections., skf bearing for drive units drive shaft with 65mm dia. model: yar - 213 - 2f, pneumatic pusher set. to be used for rejection line to push the cylinders from main line, complete in all respect including 50mm dia, stroke 400mm pneumatic cylinder, guide rod, pusher pad, all the necessary fittings, mounting plate and leg supports., freight and packing & forwarding charges, gst @ 18% for total amount of supply + freight charges
