Tender For bid to ras corrigendum : custom bid for services - pdm1b24334 agency for hydro testing and ibr liaison during repair maintenance schedule testing of boilers hrsg ibr exchanger ibr vessels and other ibr equipment for power plant and other units of refinery during normal operation and shutdown-1) carbon steel piping for hydrocarbon services (with weldingelectrode e-6010 / e-7018) - units transportation of all piping items from owner's storage points to work site and / or pre-fabrication yard and to site after pre-fabrication; cutting, grinding, edge preparation of pipes and fittings, like flanges, elbows, tees, reducers etc. to match the mating edges of different thickness; fit-up, bending, welding using approved weldingelectrodes as per owners quality requirements etc. as per codes/specifications, drawing etc., threading, laying, erection and alignment of pipes upto a height of 5 meters on sleepers, pipe racks etc. or upto 5 meters depth in trenches, anchoring wherever required, connecting with equipment, nozzles, steam traps, strainers, orifice assemblies (including tapping upto first block valve), spray nozzles, rotameters; tapping for instrument connections like pressure gauges, thermowells, sample connections, vents, drains etc. including fixing of all types of sw valves, gaskets, nuts and bolts, all inline instruments, elbows, tees, flanges, reducers, full coupling or half coupling, reinforcement pads, earthing strip wherever required; welding prefabricated shoes and supports (including alignment) as per the drawings including preparation of small bore isometrics upto 1.5 inch nb, specifications, codes etc. and as per the instructions of the engineer-in-charge to his entire satisfaction. the scope also includes supplying of all types of tools and tackles, lifting arrangements, equipment, machineries, all consumables and labour etc. to complete the work in all respects including area preparation for hot jobs, area cleaning after completion of work, flushing wherever required, cleaning of pipes externally off all foreign materials like weld beads, clamps fixtures etc. used in fabrication as directed by the engineer-in-charge., 2) provision of reinforcement pad (with weldingelectrode e-6010 / e-7018) transportation from owner's storage points to work site and/ or pre-fabrication yard and to site after pre-fabrication; cutting, gri nding, edge preparation as per the instructions of the engineer-in-charge to his entire satisfaction. the scope also includes supplying of all types of tools and tackles, lifting arrangements, equipment, machineries, all consumables and labour etc. to complete the work in all respects including area preparation for hot jobs, area cleaning after completion of work, pneumatic testing, cleaning of pipes externally off all foreign materials like weld beads, clamps fixtures etc. used in fabrication as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 3) extra for ibr grade carbon steel piping joints. for ibr piping jobs, the scope of contractor shall be liasoning with ibr authorities including approval of drawings / documents from ibr authorities and also getting the final approval of the job from ibr authorities including payment of any fee or charges to ibr authorities for this purpose (20% of joints). 4) alloy steel piping (astm a335 gr. p22) units- transportation of all piping items from owner's storage points to work site and/ or pre-fabrication yard and to site after pre-fabrication; cutting, grinding, edge preparation of pipes and fittings, like flanges, elbows, tees, reducers etc. to match the mating edges of different thickness; fit-up, bending, welding using approved weldingelectrodes as per owners quality requirements etc. as per codes/specifications, drawings etc. (alloy steel joints shall be welded by doing root run using tig welding followed by filler passes by manual / semi-automatic arc welding. the job is to be pre-heated prior to welding and all joints to be stress relieved and fully radiographed
Tender For corrigendum : custom bid for services - reconditioning of coal feeder outlet reducer portion (chute) for both units of rtps-1. transportation of damaged/worn-out feeder outlet reducer portion (chute) from rtps, dvc site to vendor workshop and repaired chute from vendor workshop to rtps, dvc site is in the scope of vendor. 2. loading/unloading of materials are in the scope of vendor except at rtps, dvc site. 3. a joint inspection will be done at rtps site for noting & area marking on chute (area to be repaired) before receiving of material. 4. measure the worn-out portion & cut it completely with the help of cutting tools or plasma cutter. 5. grinding and edge preparation is to be done as per requirement on plate before welding. 6. fit the new plate as per requirement and weld it in chute with proper weldingelectrode308l and grind finish is required after welding. 7. new plate & its bending in required shape is in the scope of vendor. 8. all consumable like weldingelectrode, cutting wheel, grinding wheel, etc. are in the scope of vendor. 9. plate material (plate thickness-12 mm, material- ss304, make will be only of three company sail, tata & jindal) is in the scope of vendor. 10. repairing/replacement of ms flange if required will be in vendor scope. 11. payment will be made on actual square meter repaired by vendor. 12. quantity of chute for repair is 12 nos it may vary (may be increase or decrease). 13. delivery period is 180 days after placement of wo. 14. part payment against part supply is acceptable. 15. the reconditioned chute has to be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of supply & 06 months from date of commissioning whichever is earlier against bad workmanship. guarantee/warrantee certificate to be furnished at the time of completion of work. 16. party has to submit the 1:1 fitment cum interchangeability certificate of material. 17. the party has to submit the indemnity bond after placement of work order. 18. pre-dispatch inspection shall be carried out by m/s dvc at vendor s works and the vendor has to intimate 15 days in advance regarding readiness of the material. 19. dimensional verification & positive metal identification (pmi) test shall be carried out during pdi for ss 304 plates welded to chute and the vendor has to arrange machine with valid calibration certificate at their own cost. 20. all the old & damaged scrap cut during the course of work shall be returned to m/s dvc during delivery of chute at rtps.
