(2) purchaser will not demolish water supply pipe line and electrical post in the form of pipe or rail and the same are not offered for auction. (3) any loss due to theft, accident etc shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railway. (4) auction components do not include chain link fencing, barbed wire, tie-bar panel, rail fencing post, water supply pipe and electrical post. the same has to be returned back to stock holder/custodian. special remarks - 1) due to complexity of lots, free delivery period against this lot will be 80 days as per railway board letter no. 2015/rs(s)/709/5 dt. 29/01/2016 under chapter no.-7.4. 2) material to be sold on as is where is basis & quarters will be delivered in nos.

Tender For auction sale of others - ubl-old fob -2037-ms-25-j unserviceable and condemned old fob-1 unit, connecting from pf2&3, to pf 4&5 available at hubballi railway station under the custody of sse/w/sw/ubl, ds-8 no: 193430007 dt:17.12.2025., consisting of 1) released steel 30457.2kgs. 2) r/gi sheets-140 sqm.550 kgs. total quantity approximately - 31 mts. terms and conditions: 1) the above assessment is approximate. no shortage should be claimed. the purchasers are advised to see the lot for road approach, location and qty before bidding the lot. after bidding no correspondence will be entertained. 2) structure wise details of items are available with sse/w/sw/ubl (custodian). 3) the sold lot will be handed over to the purchaser in the presence of the concerned custodian, nominated sr. asv/sr. isa/asv/isa and nominated rpf personnel. 4) dismantling work of condemned structure is to be done by the purchaser on his own arrangement. 5) dismantling of the sold lot is allowed only up to ground level of the condemned structure. 6) dismantling of the condemned structure (sold lot) will take place in the presence of custodian nominated witnessing officials. 7) purchaser shall ensure that dismantling work does not affect or endanger safety and running of trains, life and railway property. 8) after dismantling of the condemned structures will make the railways land clean, clear and level for further use. 9) permitted for dismantling/digging and cutting to be permitted only up to the ground level. if required, shifting of items to be permitted in the presence of delivery witnessing officials. 10) any other items not mentioned in the do/bid sheet/ds-8/survey sheet will be treated as nfs (not for sale) items and the same should be returned to the custodian and retained by the custodian.11) the purchaser has to demolish the structure and then clear the building debris and then start to take the delivery. 12) delivery witnessing officials should ensure the clearance of building debris. note - a) all the bidders are advised to request the delivery request via ireps portal only. b) select delivery date at least 5 days from the delivery fixation request letter date. c) select 3 unique preferences for delivery date and submit to avoid rejection.
