Tender For corrigendum : providing of custom bid for services - providing services of engineering, preparation of estimates, technical specifications, preparation of drawing, bom etc. clarification at site during execution for engineering service department, paradip refinery, iocl.-work shall broadly consist of but not limited to the following: (i) party to carry out detail engineering & with compliance of moc (management of change) procedure of iocl for all process related schemes, development and infrastructure related jobs as per direction of eic (engineer-in-charge) (ii) deputed agency personnel must be experienced in carrying out detail engineering & be conversant with engineering software such as autocad, autodesk, autocad advance steel, pds/sp3d, pdms/e3d, caesar-ii and tank engineering software. (iii) carryout out site visit, identify and select appropriate location for new eqpt to be installed at site as per the process scheme complying with oisd norms, selecting appropriate routes for new piping including structural supports, platform, stair case, ladders, etc. taking all physical measurements at site, etc. as per direction of eic. (iv) referring to various engineering documents relevant to the process modification scheme available with iocl as per direction of eic. (v) preparation of detail engineering drawing with all details including bom (bill of material), complying all relevant codes and standards as per the process modification scheme, ensuring inclusion of comments of various depts as instructed & guided by eic. (vi) submission of engineering drawing with bom to eic within 15 days from the date of receipt of the process modification scheme or as per instruction of eic. (vii) incorporating changes in the engineering drawing as per site conditions as and when required during execution stage (execution is not in the scope of the vendor) as per direction of eic. (ix) preparation of as-built drawing, up-dation of existing ga drawing, etc., after completion of execution of the process scheme as per direction of eic. (x) minimum deployment of one (01) mechanical engineer, four (04) mechanical draftsmen
