Tender For auction sale of others - ubl-gdg-fob-29b-ms-26-l [pl no: 98987331 ] unserviceable and condemned gdg fob - 29/b, available at gdg rly station. under custody of sse/w/m/ubl consisting of : 1) structural steel work - 30.0013 mts. 2) rcc work - 41.1 cum 3) chequered tiles - 66.6. sqm 3) reinforcement steel - 2.055 mts. total weight (ferrous scrap) ~ 32.0563 mts terms and conditions: 1) the above assessment is approximate. no shortage should be claimed. the bidders are advised to see the lot for road approach, location and qty before bidding the lot. after bidding no correspondence will be entertained. 2) structure wise details of items are available with sse/w/m/ubl (custodian). 3) the sold lot will be handed over to the bidder in the presence of the concerned custodian, nominated, dms/sales, sr. asv/sr. isa/asv/isa and nominated rpf personnel. 4) dismantling work of condemned structure is to be done by the bidder on his own arrangement. 5) dismantling of the sold lot is allowed only up to ground level of the condemned structure. 6) dismantling of the condemned structure (sold lot) will take place in the presence of custodian nominated witnessing officials. 7) bidder has to submit the dismantling plan and drawing to the chief bridge engineer. fdp will commence post approval of the same. 7) bidder shall ensure that dismantling work does not affect or endanger safety and running of trains, life and railway property. 8) after dismantling the condemned structures will make the railways land clean, clear and level for further use. delivery witnessing officials should ensure the clearance of building debris. 9) permitted for dismantling/digging and cutting to be permitted only up to the ground level. if required, shifting of items to be permitted in the presence of delivery witnessing officials. 10) any other items not mentioned in the do/bid sheet/ds-8/survey sheet will be treated as nfs (not for sale) items and the same should be returned to the custodian and retained by the custodian. 11) the purchaser has to demolish the structure and then clear the building debris and then start to take the delivery. note - a) all the bidders are advised to request the delivery request via ireps portal only. b) select delivery fixation date at least 7 days from the delivery request letter date. c) select 3 unique preferences for delivery date and submit to avoid rejection.
