Tender For custom bid for services - operation and maintenance of mobile equipment at nsl for a period of 01 year in 3 mtpa isp at nagarnar near jagdalpur, chhattisgarh state-nmdc steel limited has setup up a 3.0 mtpa integrated steel plant at nagarnar, chhattisgarh with coke oven, sinter plant, blast furnace, steel melting shop, thin slab caster, hot strip mill route and other auxiliary units- 2. contractor s scope of work/supply/responsibility: brief description of scope of work (not limited to) needs to be carried out by successful bidder 1. to carry out operation of mobile equipment as mentioned in annexure a by deputing skilled, qualified and experienced manpower. 2. to carry out maintenance of mobile equipment as mentioned in annexure b by deputing skilled, qualified and experienced manpower. 3. to maintain and operate the effluent treatment plant specially made for fmd as per environmental norms. 4. deployment of at-least the prescribed minimum strength of experienced manpower as indicated in clause no. 5.0 to successfully execute the operation & maintenance activities, with a provision to keep reserve in each manpower-category (if required) to meet the minimum daily requirement for round the clock operation and maintenance. 5. all the tools tackles and special tools including diagnostic tools like: mechanic tools, electrician tools, welder tools, tyre fitter tools, special tools, lifting tools, hydraulic pressure testing kit etc. required for operation & maintenance and repair of mobile equipment is in bidder s scope. separate tools should be available for site maintenance team and shop floor team. all tools and tackles should be tested and certified by third party. 6. all the shift personnel will report to respective shift supervisor of the successful bidder administratively. the shift supervisor shall be decided by bidder in consultation with nsl. bidder shall organize all the jobs of o&m with the help of their supervisors/ engineer and they shall coordinate continuously with nsl to carry out the operation and maintenance activities. 7. operation and maintenance of mobile equipment shall be carried out on 24 x 7 basis including sundays and holidays on a shift-wise basis (four shifts [a, b, c & g]. i. for operation: 1.operation of all the equipment will be in all shifts as and when required as listed in annexure a. 2.inspection report of vehicle will be prepared by bidder and approval of the same will be obtained from nsl. a.preventive maintenance: 1. checking/ adding/ replacing engine oil, hydraulic oil, brake oil, def level etc.; 2. checking and cleaning oil filter; 3. checking and adding/replacing engine coolant as the case may be; 4. checking fuel level and adding fuel if required; 5. checking and cleaning of fuel and air filters; 6. checking hydraulic filters, hoses, seal, o-ring etc.; 7. checking electrical switches, relay, fuse, bulb etc.; 8. battery charge level checking and charging & battery maintenance/cleaning; 9. checking all the safety devices like back horn, seat belt, camera, beacon light etc.; 10. check air pressure in tyre and check wheel nut tightness; 11. checking and adjustment of transmission, alternator and other belts and chain drive; 12. cleaning and washing of the vehicles; 13. maintaining good housekeeping of washing ram; 14. cleaning of operator/driver cabin; 15. greasing in all points; 16. apply cardium compound on wire rope/crane rope; 17. any other activity as required. b. periodic maintenance 1. engine oil change; 2. replacing fuel filter; 3. replacing oil filter; 4. changing of air filter kit; 5. change of steering filter; 6. gear box oil change; 7. rear axle oil change; 8. power steering oil change; 9. replacement of coolant; 10. carrying out tyre inflation and repair; 11. welding and gas cutting works; 12. housekeeping work of the repair shop; 13. cleaning and washing of the vehicles. c.breakdown maintenance: in case of breakdown of any mobile equipment as listed in annexure
