(2) location: available at diesel loco shed kjm. temporarily stabled near new washing line wfd end. delivery will be given from shed. (3) delivery by number basis. (6) engine haulage charges for the movement of engines on private account is applicable with consultation with commercial & operating department as advised by sr.dcm/sbc & sr.dom/sbc and siding charges if any are to be paid by the purchaser in addition to the purchase cost of locomotive. the loco number and its ownership will be changed from railways to the name of the purchaser after sale by operating department in fois etc to enable the movement of the loco in dead condition over ir system on request from the purchaser.(7) date of handing over of locomotive to the buyer shall be deemed as delivery date and the locomotive shall be deemed delivered to the buyer. if the buyer so desires, he can get the locomotive serviced and overhauled in railway workshop or diesel shed on payment basis. such repairs will be carried out only after the locomotive has been sold to the buyer i.e after balance sale value payment , sale proceeds have been received and locomotive has been handed over. the cost of such service/repair will be advised by sr.dee/trs/kjm.
