Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - condemned and unserviceable bg alco loco no.wdg3a 13500 with available items [refer enclosure for the material composition].location: diesel loco shed goc. custodian: sse/diesel shed/goc. re-claimable items - [1] wheel set complete [axle, wheel disc, bull gear, rsp tube, axle boxes hnbc with bearings]-6 sets. advice note no.073817-25-14312, dt: 11.02.26. note-[1] delivery to be made on as is where is and lot basis.[2]the location indicated is only tentative. railway reserves the right to change the location of sold loco, based on the availability of track, cutting and loading space and other administrative reason, as deemed fit by the auction conducting officer.[3]gas/chisel cutting is permitted only to sizes that are loadable with a crane, only after ensuring sufficient safety measures against fire hazards etc. to avoid any mishap to any person, railway material etc. and the same should be ensured by the witnessing officials.[4]in case purchasers require usage of any railway assets/materials such as electricity/ forklift truck etc. during the process of delivery, they are required to pay the prescribed amount to railways, as directed by the respective custodian of the lot. special condition-[1] reclaimable item as said above in description of the lot, should be returned to the custodian before commencing delivery.[2] in order to make the assessment, the purchaser may visit the locos offered for condemnation and the site conditions before quoting the offer.[3]the purchaser has to make his own arrangements such as tools, lifting tackles, lifting equipment, gas cutting equipment.[4]the weight and quantities were taken into consideration as advised by the custodian [5]the purchaser may note that some of the reclaimable items of locos are to be stripped instead of gas cutting to avoid damage to rc items and the purchaser should make such arrangements.[6]the purchaser is strictly instructed to transport/stack all the reclaimable items at one location well away from the cut off parts of the locos as directed by the custodian. [7]the purchaser will be held responsible for any damage/fire accident caused to the railway property. [8] railway is not responsible for any shortage.[9] after completion of delivery, purchaser has to keep the cutting and loading spot neat and clean,free of any left over loco scrap.[10]railways does not guarantee for quality, quantity description etc.[11] delivery should commence immediately after cutting without any delay. [12] the courts in chennai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the matters/disputes arising out of the contract/arbitration/conciliation proceedings and the place of arbitration/conciliation, if any, shall be in chennai only. [13] bsv partly paid along with emd will be forfeited, if full payment is not received in stipulated time, with interest if any applicable. [14] part delivery is not permitted against part payment. [15]if any hsd oil/lube oil available in fuel tank/oil sump of the said locos, the same may be returned to the custodian. [16] in respect of locomotives, the free delivery time for lot removal shall be 80 days from the date of auction

Tender For auction sale of pway scrap - scrap rail 52 kg remark:- kutcha/pakka road available. delivery during dry seasons . no wear and tear has been provided for any scrap rails. delivery will be made on sectional weight per meter basis only. quantity is physically available. lot no. has been painted on the lot. actual measurement painted on each rail in meter. cutting of rail above 6 meters is allowed for easy transportation. stockholder will be fully responsible for any addition, deletion, alteration and variation comes in the lot after joint lot inspection. dunnage are not included in lot and not to be delivered. fist plates/joggle fish plates/glued joints and other fittings are to be returned to the stockholder. dunnages are not included in lot and not to be delivered. 4 nos 60 kg rails , 1 no 52 kg glued joint rail and 1 no tongue rail not in lot and not to be delivered. since it is a yard similar rails are lying nearby lot and under lot formation. care should be taken that the same is not delivered. the quantity and repair and maintenance is to be delivered as per d.o. and measurement of rails as mentioned in ss-11 only. delivery involves lifting of rails by hydra and crossing of two lines break siding and ballast siding line. the purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any other railway property/facility/equipments whether due to his negligence or otherwise and safety of his labours and other staff in railway premises during the process of cutting and loading of rails. purchaser has to personally visit the site with regard to loading point, size of truck/hydra entry through station road/market place and through ballast siding. no claim will be entertained after sale of lot. lot is ok for sale on above observations. stock holder sse (p.way) kjt qty- 68.45mts.
