Tender For corrigendum : supply of item- 1 providing and placing executive table of size 1800x900x750mm (wxdxh) with side unit of size 1050x450x750mm (wxdxh)., 2 providing & placing executive high back revolving chair. seat & back plywood made of 12mm thick hot pressed, 3 providing and placing executive low back fixed chair with special contour on the back rest for human body with lumbar support which protects the spine and leaves the shoulder free for easy movement. base of the chair made of erw ms round pipe of 25 mm dia & frame not less than 14 gauge duly powder coated up to 40-45 microns. seat and back made of 12 mm moulded ply. u foam is provided on seat & back with a bulge as per approved shape. u foam of density not less than 50 kg/m3. hardness of seat is 16. armrest is made of one piece well rounded polypropylene. model dvc 9223 nos. 6 4 providing and placing storage of size 750x450x750mm (wxdxh) made top & shelves made up of 25mm and base in 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board. the top profile shall be in rectangle shape and the edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick thin strip of impermeable pvc that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree celsius. 8 each 5 providing and placing modular linear workstation of size 1200x600x750mm (wxdxh). worktop made of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board duly edge banding & 0.5 mm thick backing laminate at the bottom with flat edges duly sealed. all exposed edge of particle board shall be sealed with 2mm thick pvc edge banded tape pressed/ pasted at 200'c with hot melt glue, complete including all necessary fittings & fixtures. partition panel laminated /upholested of 72 mm thick & 1200mm. height, snap on panel made of 12 mm prelaminated particle board duly edgebanded with raceway running at 2 levels one at skirting & one above or below the worktop.basic structure is composed of rolled steel vertical and horizontal members 38x38mm in 18 guage duly powder coated upto 40-50 microns to make the basic framework of partition.structure can be configured into any shape in 90 degree angle. all steel components are duly powder coated. size of partition:-1200 x 1200 ( wx h) = 19 nos. & 600 x 1200 ( wx h) = 16 nos. keyboard tray of size 600x400mm (wxd) made in 18mm thick prelaminated particle board duly edge banded. cpu trolley made of crca in 22 guage duly powder coated up to 40-50 microns with lockable nylon wheel castors. fixed three drawer unit of size 400x450x725mm (wxdxh) made of complete 18 mm prelaminated particle duly edge banded with necessary hardware fittings. three drawer (2 single & 1 filling drawer) .it shall have a single multi drawer lock. all drawer running on telescopic channel with necessary hardware fixture. nos. 21 6 providing and placing medium back revolving chair,back of overall height 41" overall depth of seat 19" and overall width 19" seat & back made of 12mm molded ply with high density back and pu molded seat cushion, having pu arm rest with bas seat & back and 5 pronged pp base with syncro tilt mechanism with movement of 2:1 ratio and fitted with rheumatic height adjustment.gas lift mechanism nos. 21 7 providing and placing overhead storage. body & shelves made of 20 gauge crca steel duly powder coated. shutters made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board the edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick thin strip of impermeable pvc that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree celsius. i 750x450x750mm (wxdxh) nos. 8 ii 600x450x750mm (wxdxh) nos. 23
