(2) any loss due to theft, accident etc shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railway. (3) any hidden material like rails, beam etc found during dismantling has to be returned back to stock holder/custodian. (4) all quarters boundary & fencing alongwith roadside chainlink fencing , tiebars and gi sheet with gate and pvc water tank, gi water pipe shhould not be offered for auction. (5)front fencing iron gate of all quarters should be handed over to custodian by purchaser before effecting the delivery. (6) dismantling of foundation brick works should be done by the purchaser up to ground level and debris should also be removed. (7) rail post and purlins are offered for auction.
