Tender For custom bid for services - conducting single beam and multi beam surveys with suitable steel hull launch and dinghy boat with equipment and manning etc at deendayal port-conducting single beam & multi beam bathymetric hydrographic surveys for all areas of dpa as per requirement of dci/dpa, including mobilization & de-mobilization of steel hull survey launch, dinghy boat, crew, manpower, echo sounder using dual frequency (200 to 220 & 33 khz) (dgps/rtk/transducer(hull/side mounted)/motion sensor, gyro compass, tide gauge, a0 plotters & printers including consumables, pc/laptops + accessories, ups, generator, calibration, bar check plate, tripod, sbes & mbes equipment etc., deployment of hydrographic survey team for data acquisition (sbes, mbes, lead sounding), processing, skilled manpower (surveyor & technicians) and bathymetric charts (plot& print) and survey software with hard locks (pds2000/hypack or standard survey software acceptable to dci/dpa) and provide charts in required numbers in soft copies on cd/dvd/pen drive and hard copies, port entry passes for launch, equipment, manpower, vehicles etc., port related charges, berth related charges, launch/boat related charges, all sort of permissions, all taxes, levies, etc., all-inclusive except gst. - - - - 1.a operational/ running charges survey launch (should cover fuel charges only) per hour or prorate 6336 hrs 1.b. non-operational / retention charges survey launch (should cover all expenses including standby, hire charges of all equipment, mobilization & demobilization charges of all equipment, port dues for inward/outward/plying in port waters, pilotage charges, repairs, spares/stores, fuel including lube oils, berth hire for bunkering/maintenance/ any other reason and any other vessel related charges/port dues and all consumable, assisting accessories, wages, repairs, servicing, labour, maintenance, port passes, port entry/exit permissions, crew, operators, all taxes & levies, excluding gst & fuel) per day of 24 hours or prorate 1095 days 2. supply, manning & operational/ running charges dinghy boat on as and when required basis.
