Tender For supply of exterior stickers for lhb gs (deen dayalu) coaches, as per drawing: lg83143 a lt b w/o item no. 1,6 & 15, mdts-156 rev 07 with corrigendum-1. to lno. md35131 dated 30/0 5/2024 is applicable , packing instruction: pi217: exterior sticker/ marking diagram outside s et of sidewall stickers should be rolled firmly on a cardboard tube/pipe of aprox. 03 inches diameter of sufficient strength and length more than sticker 2-3 inches o f maximum width of sticker . endwall stickers of same set should also be rolled on seperate another cardboard tube/pipe (having similar dimensional and strength pa rameter ) in same way. both tubes of one set should be packed together in a bio deg radable transparent polyethylene packing. stickers or any edge of sticker shoul d not be found folded in packing. vinyl film side of stickers should be on the outsid e of tubes.these individual sets are further to be packed in card box (containing bu lk quantity of sets). a list should be pasted on each set of transparent polyethyle ne packing and also on card box (containing bulk quantity of sets) showing pl no., i tem description, po no., name and address of supplier, date of manufacturing, lot n umber, lot quantity, list of items in a set etc. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of deliv ery ]
