Tender For acoustic design - walls: area: 81.3 sqm / approx. 876 sq feetsupply and fixing of polyethylene terephthalate made from light weight, eco-friendly, sustainable 100% polyester fibers (60% pet-recycled fiber, 40% pet-virgin fibre). the panels should be having a thickness of 10mm which is tested for the sac (sound absorption coefficient) in any third-party lab such as arai (govt., of india) according to type a mounting. the vendor should present the third-party compliance by furnishing third-party lab test reports for the product proposed and should clearly mention test details which is carried out in a national accreditation board for testing and calibration laboratories (nabl) certified lab mentioning above test standards and should comply strict adherence with the specification. these panels should be having a density in the range of 180 - 200kg/m3, 10mm thick with fr treatment and third-party certified for astm c-423 to give an nrc up to 0.30 - 0.35. minimum 10mm pet panels - prefabricated acoustic panels are to be pasted directly on to the wall using high quality adhesives in the required area., secondary layer absorbtion: area: 13.68 sq m/approx. 148 sq. feetsupply & fixing of acoustic panels using core material of 100% polyester fibers (60% pet-recycled fiber, 40% pet-virgin fibre). the acoustic core used in these panels should have a minimum density of 120kg/m3, 40mm thick with fr treatment and should demonstrate third party compliance to for astm e-84 for the acoustic core when tested in any nabl certified lab. strict adherence with the specification is to be demonstrated in the way of submitted third party test qualification. edges of the acoustic panels should be hardened and concealed having fabric facing without any wooden or plywood strips used at the edges since it can cause termite issues in the future. the system should be fixed on the 10mm pet panels prefab acoustic panels fixed directly on the walls using z-clips. the facing side should be lined with a non-woven acoustic fleece or acoustic fabric lined which can allow the smooth flow of the sound energy at the same time should not allow any fibers, dust or shot content migration through the acoustic infill. the panels sizes are to be considered as 1200 mm x 600 mm which are placed randomly at a specific spacing spread across the left side & right-side walls. special consideration to be done to avoid usage of any glass wool or rockwool materials inside the class to avoid any fiber migration. the product should be tested for the sac (sound absorption coefficient) in any reputed lab globally to achieve a minimum nrc of 0.95 when tested according to astm c423/iso 354 standard on type a mounting method during the random incidence test in the chamber. the core used should pass the cdph v1.2 test standard for low voc emissions and can contribute to leed v4.1 eq credit: low-emitting materials. the product should also qualify when tested according to astm c 1338-08 for determining the fungal resistance of insulation materials and facings. the product should also be tested for the reflectance factor according to the astm e1447-2017 and the supplier should be able to furnish the third-party lab test reports for all the above-mentioned test standards., ceiling tiles 44 sqm/approx. 474 sq. feetsupply and installation of polyester fiber acoustic ceiling tiles measuring 2ft x 2ft, flat and rigid, made from lightweight, eco-friendly, and sustainable 100% polyester fibers (60% pet-recycled fiber and 40% pet-virgin fiber). the tiles should have a minimum thickness of 15mm and be fixed onto the existing t-grid system after the removal of the current tiles on-site. the facing side of the tiles should be lined with a non-woven acoustic fleece or acoustic fabric. the acoustic core must have a minimum density of 120 kg/m , with a 15mm thick polyester core that is fr-treated and third-party certified for astm e-84 fire safety compliance. the product must be tested for the sound
