Tender For supply, installation, integration, and functional testing of a complete probing solution compat ible with the existing cnc machine setup. the scope includes: 1. probe kit (including probe, transmitter wit h batteries). 2. receiver unit. 3. connecting cables and essential accessories. 4. all required probing softwa re/programming cycles. 5. modifications to existing nc/plc programs to accommodate the probing system i f required. 6. functional testing and training. technical specifications:- 1. transmission technology = 2.4 g hz wireless with interference-resistant spread spectrum technology (fhss or dsss). 2. communication ran ge (probe to receiver) = minimum 15 meters. 3. applications supported = part detection (including axle le ngth), tool detection, centering and alignment detection. 4. input signal range = 13.5v to 30v dc. 5. outp ut signal specification = 4v to 30v dc, 40 ma. 6. repeatability = not more than 1.0 micro meters (2s); bet ter repeatability preferred. 7. trigger/measurement force (xy plane) = not more than 0.75 n. 8. minimum distance between units = minimum 0.5 meter between adjacent transmitters/receivers. 9. stylus overtrav el limits xy plane: minimum + or - 12 degree ; z-axis: minimum 6 mm. 10. activation method = m-code con trolled and programmable by other standard methods. 11. environmental protection (ip rating) = minimum ip68 for both probe and receiver. 12. software interface / configuration = integrated software cycles or digi tal receiver setup with display and remote controller. 13. status indications = visual or digital display of: er ror signals, probe pulse, battery status, signal strength etc. general requirements:- 1. the system should b e compatible with major cnc controllers and open for integration. 2. setup, calibration, and testing must be done at the site by the supplier. 3. all associated documentation (user manuals, circuit diagrams, paramete r lists) must be provided. 4. training to the cnc operators and maintenance personnel is to be included.
