(note:- the bidders are required to quote their rates excess/plus(+) or less/minus(-) in percentage over dsr items.). in case of schedule of credit is not fixed through boo as mentioned in schedule a notes of tender document, an amount of 2% of the total work done or other unspecified items not mentioned in schedule of credit shall be deducted against the credit of old stores/salvage items retrieved from the dismantling/demolishing and which shall become the property of the contractor. note: the total value of the term contract cannot exceed above rs 14.68 lakh , "(a) in case the lowest tendered amount (worked out on the basis of quoted rate of individual items) of two or more contractors is same, then such lowest contractors may be asked to submit sealed revised offer quoting rate of each item / percentage of the schedule of quantities / estimated cost of tender for all sub sections / sub heads as the case may be, quotes should not be higher than original. the lowest tender shall be decided on the basis of revised offer. however, if the lowest tendered amount by the bidders is the least possible quote in %age in the boq, then revised quote shall not be taken and the lowest tender, among such bidders shall be decided by a draw of lots as enumerated in the next paragraph. (b) if the revised tendered amount of two or more contractors received in revised offer is again found to be equal, then the lowest tender, among such contractors, shall be decided by draw of lots in the presence of a committee formed by emu (r&d) delhi. a prior intimation on date, time & venue about such a draw of lots shall be intimated to all the lowest equal bidders so as to enable them to attend the same. regardless of attendance by such affected bidders, this activity shall proceed as per schedule to decide the lowest bidder amongst all affected bidders.
