Tender For auction sale of others - scrap rcc water tank¿02 nos consisting of ¿structural steel(ms angle, channel, i beam, rolling shutter, plate, tie plate, gi pipe, tie bar patti, toothed gear wheel, window grill, pipe of hand rail, purlin, truss, gi ladder, plate, window sheet, pgi sheet, down take pipes, valley gutter,m20 hex nuts, )structural rails, reinforcement bar, wooden, gi sheets/pipes, mangalore tiles, , flooring(pcc), brick masonary, stone masonary, rcc/pre cast slab/reinforcement ,etc. remarks : - 1. the delivery will be made on as is where is basis and by lot basis. the items mentioned in the description only will be delivered. 2. lot is approachable by kutcha/pucca road. 3. lot number is exhibited/painted on the structure. 4. the quantity is worked out on approximate basis. 5. the delivery will be made on lot basis and no part delivery will be allowed. 6. materials like electric wires, fittings & cables and other such kind of materials. available in side the building/structure which is not within the scope of lot description, shall be handed over by the purchaser to custodian. 7. the items used in fencing around the structure such as rail, tie bar, jali, stone, bricks, wooden pillar or any other items and similar type of material lying nearby the structure/lot will not be delivered. 8. dismantling& cutting is allowed for easy loading purpose at the risk & cost of the purchaser. dismantling is permitted upto ground level only 9. the purchaser should ensure that during dismantling & cutting operation no nearby structure/building should be affected and take necessary care/safety precautions to avoid any mishap as well as damage to railway property. 10. the purchaser will be fully responsible for his labors if any accident/unusual incident occurs at worksite/place during dismantling. extra precaution to be taken if there are trees near the structure or its branches are spread over the same. 11. after complete removal of rcc/bricks/rubble masonry and rubbish from the site, delivery of other items will be permitted and the land should be cleared of all debris before completion of delivery. 12. purchaser should personally visit the site and the see the lot in regard to loading/lifting. no claim will be entertained after saleof lot. 13. only structural rails will be delivered. other type of rails will not be delivered. 14. lot is ok for sale with above observations. stock holder :- sse( works) igp qty :-1.0 by lot.
