Tender For custom bid for services - rpnc252027 support service for swing extruder vfd installation-shifting, foundation and installation of power transformer- 1. the power transformer is to be installed by construction of new transformer foundation, dismantling/modification of surface, providing chain link fencing on all other 4 sides, cleaning and refurbishment of bay area is in the scope of contractor only. all necessary manpower, tools & tackles, shifting machinery like hydra/crane etc shall be in the scope of contractor only. 2. shifting of power transformer of 7.2 mva onan from store to site, loading-unloading, erection, site storage are in scope of contractor. 3. the basic data sheet and ga drawing of the proposed transformer is attached in scope only. 4. the bidder if required must construct bay width, height and fire walls as per relevant is/iec/oisd standards and site conditions such that adequate clearances for maintenance shall be maintained. bidder to submit the plot plan of equipment layout of transformer layout along with the bid. the bidder shall carryout the site visit for assessment of the available installation space. the total length of the transformer bay should be such that the radiator can be accommodated on either side of transformer tank in the specified bay width. 5. all necessary earth pit provisions, & fire barriers/wall modifications, provision of new hvws water sprinklerbased firefighting system having suitable capacity for protection against the fire & explosion as per the design of supplied transformer and applicable standards & direction of eic. provision of all necessary fire protection system for transformers shall be in the scope of lstk contractor. 6. construction of oil drain facility of transformer as per is standard and hookup with existing burn oil pit. 7. the erection to be certified by contractor as per its recommended procedures which is to be submitted prior to erection. qap for erection and site commissioning shall also to be endorsed by contractor. 8. all kind of lifting, rigging work for loading-unloading, erection work including supply of hydra/ cranes, lifting rigging materials, manpower, tools and tackles as required are in scope of contractor. 9. all kind of skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled manpower as per itc of transformer requirement will be in the scope of contractor. 10. erection includes entire vacuum by proper capacity of vacuum pump, for not less than 48 hours, or more if required as per the instruction of engineer in charge. 11. first filling up of the transformer oil at site, its filtration, site testing oil sample, any refiltration required during final commissioning shall be in the scope of contractor including all tools, tackles and including oil filtration machines. oil may be supplied in drums, which should be properly sealed during transportation and storage. seal shall be verified and opened in front of iocl representative before filling in transformer. contractor should have enough storage capacity for handling oil. filling the oil from drums to the transformer through suitable capacity of high-quality filter machine and filtration of the same to get desired bdv &ppm as specified by engineer in charge and transformer manual. 12. contractor must replace all the gaskets by new ones if required by engineer in charge. 13. the contractor shall arrange nitrogen cylinder required at site for above work. 14. contractor must repaint the transformer tank with two coats of anti-rusting good finish ltbs grey shade 631 of is:5 by spray painting if required and as per the direction of engineer in charge..
