Tender For customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - vr; vr lab; comprehensive maintenance contract (cmc); quarterly; yes; item 1: virtual reality lab (annual maintenance contract); coverage to the following equipments & softwares post confirmation of running working condition of each prior to the start of amc: a) rear projection flat powerwall, b) three-dimensional stereoscopic projector, c) display management system, d) display management software, e) tracking system, f) optical tracking camera, g) tracking system software, h) audio system, i) 3d glasses & rf emitter, j) vr peripherals, k) 3d laser scanner, l) visualization & vr review software, m) vr device, n) gaming laptop, free firmware updates & upgrades on hardware & software updates including software maintenance. in case of any malfunction of any device during the amc, any parts/modules and labour required to repair the equipment is inclusive of this amc. no other charge shall be applicable in case of malfunction. in case of any malfunction of any device, geosystems personnel will pick the instrument from aktu campus, ship it to oem & back to aktu campus, device calibration after repair, all are inclusive of this amc. any physical damage to any device is not covered under this warranty, making the warranty null & void; the repair costs and shipping costs shall be charged from aktu as applicable in that case. accessories like batteries, power dock, charger adaptor set, cables etc. of the main equipments shall be purchased separately & not part of the amc offering complete offline support (phone, mailers, web sessions) from geosystems throughout the amc period for installations of new versions of the hardware/software training on any new features/upgrades on the hardware/software as & when applicable & available meet service completion goals. ensuring parts availability of the main equipments in the amc period for timely repairs if any ensuring continuous lab operations throughout the amc period half yearly visit by geosystems personnel to foa for preventive maintenance & routine check-up for all lab items
