[2] separation of water is not allowed. [3] only the used lube oil will be sold. [4] the purchaser will need to bring his drum/tank and loading/unloading equipment to take delivery. [5] lot is form based on available ground balance + projected arising (regular arising @38.8mt per month). [6] fdp will be 80 days. [7] the firm has to lift the total quantity in maximum 3 parts during fdp of 80 days i) within 30 days. ii)within next 30 days. iii)within remaining 20 days, subject to the maximum quantity of 100mt. [8] if at the end of fdp, the total quantity of 100mt has not been made available by railway to the firm for lifting, based on the certificate by gazetted officer refund of the balance quantity shall be processed. [9] if at the end of fdp, the firm has not lifted the full quantity and quantity is still left for lifting in side shed ground rent will be charged as per extant rules. [10] payment of bsv as per uniform e- sale conditions. [11] bidder are advised to inspect the lot and site before submission of bid.
