[3]. if the actual quantity found at the time of delivery is less than the estimated/sold quantity, no claim for shortage, refund or proportionate return of sale value shall be entertained.[4]. if the actual quantity found at the time of delivery is more than the estimated/sold quantity, the excess material shall not be delivered to the purchaser and shall be retained/returned to the custodian.[5]. no dispute regarding variation in weight shall be entertained after e-auction sale.
