Tender For corrigendum : works of storm/natural disaster under vvk, banda gram.- - the work of special maintenance and repairing of 11 kv ht and lt damaged lines of various places under various 33/11 kv sub-stations due to heavy storm under daiviya apada year 2024-25 under edd, banda (rural), including the work of cartage of new line material from store to work site and also cartage of old/damaged scraped line material from work site to store, details of the work as given below :-, safe cartage of 8.5 mtr. long pccpoles, safe cartage of 11 mtr. long st poles, safe cartage of line material, erection of newly erected 8.5 mtr. long pccpoles as single support structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual., erection of newly erected 11 mtr. long st poles as single pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual., erection of newly erected 8.5 mtr. long pccpoles as double pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual., erection of newly erected 11 mtr. long st poles as double pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual., concreting/grouting of newly erected 8.5 mtr. long pccpoles as single support/double pole structures. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge., concreting/grouting of newly erected 11 mtr. long st poles as single support/double pole structures. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge., erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per resspo manual and also including the cost of all grouting material., fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. including the cost of labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work., laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new acsr weasel conductor on the erected poles in 11 kv ht/lt lines also providing in-place of damaged/misplace conductor due to heavy storm., laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of abc cable of various size on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual., re-sagging of loose conductor of 11 kv ht lines at various places., re-sagging of loose conductor of lt lines at various places., dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged pcc/stp/joist/rail poles as single pole structure with its accessories., dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged pcc/stp/joist/rail poles as double pole structure with its accessories., carriage of damaged/rusted st/rail/joist poles from work site to esc., replacement of damaged/misplace "v" type cross arm, guarding with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual., dismentling & removal of damaged weasel conductor with its accessories due to heavy storm and also cartage of old/damaged & scrap line material from work site to store centre/je(s)., straightening of tilted single support as 8.5/11.0 mtr. long pcc/st pole at various places., chopping of tree branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work., fixing of t-off channel with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual.
