Tender For custom bid for services annual maintenance contract of novec 1230 system at ongc hazira plant for 03 years- 1. checking & servicing schedule 1.1quarterly a) novec 1230 systems i) visually check cylinders and entire system for any damage / rusting. ii) check the rubber discharge hose for any kinks, bent or cut. iii) check the discharge nozzles for any damage / obstruction iv) check the pressure of the cylinder. cylinder needs to be pressurized if loss in pressure is more than 10%. v) check the panel for any error message, lamp test etc. 1.2 annually a) novec 1230 systems i) carry out all jobs listed in quarterly servicing. ii) carry out weighment of the all the cylinders and refill those having 5% or more weight loss. iii) any 10% or more loss in pressure is to be made up by pressurizing with nitrogen in the novec cylinders which are in pressurized state. iv) pilot nitrogen cartridge / cylinder is to be refilled to desired pressure, if pressure found low. v) expellant nitrogen cylinders if pressure found low then has to be hydro tested and refilled. vi) carry out dump actuation test of the system without discharging the agent. vii) check the threaded portion, joint portion & flanges for any leakage. viii) check the logic by actuating detectors of the same zone (if permitted by the custodian) ix) check for the time lapse of 30 seconds. x) check the strobe lamps and visual & audible signals for pre discharge of agent. xi) carry out flushing of the discharge line and check for any foreign particles. xii) check the copper / ss tubing for any leakages and replace the same if required. xiii) replace all rubber parts and gaskets. xiv) checking & servicing of dv for proper functioning of all the directional valves (wherever provided) and record the pressure of opening. xv)check all the three way and four way valves (wherever provided) xvi) nuts & bolts wherever required are to be replaced & greased. xvii) psv / prv provided in the discharge header needs to be calibrated and marked. xviii)wherever pneumatic actuators are provided, they need to be tested for the pressure at which they operate. this can be done via supplying controlled nitrogen gas via a pressure regulator. xix) bench test of safety valve 13 nos. 1.3 following jobs is to be carried out in the third year of amc: i) ultrasonic thickness measurement of the shell of the cylinder. ii) thickness of the painting of the cylinders iii) hose shall be hydro tested. 1.4 replacement of parts: following parts needs to be replaced as and when required after consent of ongc executive. the quantity mentioned is tentative and may increase or decrease depending upon the condition of the system while servicing the novec system. sr. no parts qty 1 pressure switch high 3 2 pressure switch low 2 3 manifold check valve 3 4 inter connecting hose 15 5 discharge hose 3 6 solenoid valve 3 7 pilot cylinder gas refilling (lts.) 11 8 novec gas (lts.) 835 9 cylinder pressure gauge (including pilot) 6 10 directional valve
