Tender For corrigendum : custom bid for services - power system study-operation and maintenance of electrical systems/electrical installations: vendor shall cover minimum following major activities: 1. site visit for data collection, harmonic measurement and kick-off meeting. 2. sld preparation and network modelling in etap software (latest version) 3. load flow study & reactive power compensation analysis to check the adequacy of switchgear rating and every primary equipment such as transformer, cables etc against the maximum running plant load in steady state condition and to provide suggestions for existing system modifications for the reliability and betterment of system. the load flow study shall be performed for the normal and contingency system operating conditions specified by hurl. the load flow study shall also estimate the bus voltage drop across circuits. reactive power profile for the network shall also be analysed and recommendation shall be provided in case of any requirement for capacitor banks. 4. short circuit study to check the adequacy of switchgear rating against the maximum fault current value and to provide suggestions for existing system modifications for the reliability and betterment of system. short circuit study to estimate the maximum phase fault currents at each bus and contribution of fault current from various connected circuits. the study shall provide the values under normal and specific contingency situation provided. the study shall confirm the suitability of the short circuit withstand of the switchgear. 5. unit protection scheme & logic review and protective device coordination study to finalize the relay settings & logics and suggestions for modifications for the reliability and betterment of system
