Tender For custom bid for services - repair and maintenance of ac modules dc modules and various pcbs of all departmental drilling rigs of ongc tripura asset-work includes but not limited to supply of men, materials, testing equipment / tools etc for fault finding (trouble shooting), repairing, calibration and functional testing of ac modules, dc modules and various pcbs in e1400 series drilling rigs of tripura asset. broad details of the activities to be carried out are as below: a. following jobs are to be carried out in pcbs i. physical checking of healthiness of components & cleaning of the pcbs. ii. checking of voltages at different points in the pcbs after powered up through simulator. iii. replacement of faulty components, limited to 50% cost of the pcb, to make it operational. iv. calibration of pcbs v. on load testing of 12 hrs. continuous loading for satisfactory operational vi. fixing of pcbs in the respective panels b. following jobs are to be carried out in ac module i. visual inspection of module for any loose hardware & cleaning of the module. ii. checking of circuit by using simulator. iii. checking of over frequency tripping. iv. checking of under frequency level. v. under frequency voltage cut back test vi. idle-run ramp and idle trip test vii. throttle regulation check viii. master slave and command circuits check ix. current demodulator check x. automatic voltage regulator check xi. meter circuit check xii. over voltage trip check xiii. reverse power trip check xiv. frequency demodulator check xv. module panel meter check xvi. replacement of faulty components, limited to 50% cost of the ac module, to make it operational. xvii. on load testing of 12 hrs. continuous loading for satisfactory operational xviii. fixing of ac modules in the generator panel c. following jobs are to be carried out in dc-module i. visual inspection of module for any loose hardware & cleaning of the module. ii. dead band and current limit calibrations iii. zero throttle interlock circuit test iv. firing circuit test v. speed feedback circuit test vi. power limit circuit test vii. slave circuit test viii. manual voltage circuit test ix. over current trip calibration test x. meter circuit check xi. replacement of faulty components, limited to 50% cost of the dc module, to make it operational. xii. on load testing of 12 hrs. continuous loading for satisfactory operational xiii. fixing of dc modules in the dcpcr panel d. following jobs are to be carried out in battery charger i. visual inspection and cleaning of components such as transformer, voltmeter, ammeter, pcbs, rectifier, indication lamps and tightening of loose hardware, if any. ii. checking of tripping logics, dc under voltage, dc over voltage, reverse polarity, ac mains fail, over current, over temperature etc. iii. replacement of faulty components, limited to 50% cost of the battery charger, to make it operational.-msme exemption - no | startup exemption - no
