Tender For gis survey, mapping & data preparation of msedcl s distribution network: 1. complete end-to-end survey and mapping of all remaining non-digitised msedcl electrical networks, from 33 kv substations to every consumer point. 2. capture true electrical topology for all feeders, including precise routing of oh/ug conductors, cables, poles, junctions, rmus, dts, lt poles, shared circuits, t-junctions, cut points, phases, and vertical/horizontal placement. 3. use only advanced technologies ai/ml, satellite imagery, lidar, drones, and street-view analytics; no large-scale manual surveys allowed. 4. achieve sub-meter horizontal accuracy across the entire state. 5. collect and update all asset attributes as per the approved data model with 100% geo-coordinates, accurate snapping, topology, and network flow. 6. complete the statewide survey within 6 months of loa with strict qa/qc procedures. 7. deliver gis datasets fully compatible with cymdist, load-flow and fault analysis tools, network-planning systems, arcgis/arcfm, and msedcl s gis portal. 8. synchronize newly captured data with existing gis databases through delta updates; perform full re-survey at no extra cost if delta update fails. 9. provide 3 years of support with mobile apps and a portal for asset updates and delta surveys, ensuring continuous data validation. 10. deploy highly experienced professionals (10+ years) with strong expertise in electrical distribution networks, gis, and network analysis implementation.
