(d)transportation of alternator assembly to authorized workshop.(e) dismantling of alternator components. (f) unwinding and rewinding of main stator. (g) unwinding and rewinding of main rotor field.(h) unwinding and rewinding of excitor stator. (j) unwinding and rewinding of excitor rotor. (k) refurbishment of alternator bearings. (l) transportation back onboard.(m) refitment of alternator assembly post rewinding.(n) shaft alignment trials of alternator with diesel engine.(p) load trials and paralleling operation.(q) da to be proved for satisfactory operation.
