(the rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding)., demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineerin- charge., providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia m.s. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with m.s. tubes, m.s. tube challis, m.s. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge. note:- (1) the elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) the payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works., "earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 all kinds of soil.", surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 2.28.1 all kinds of soil, "demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer - in - charge. nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)", provision for providing & making lime slacking & mortar pit by means of pit excavation, brick masonry & plastering over it. the size of the over all pit is 8.00m x 3.00m & depth is 1.00m. the pit is divided in to three parts & cement plastere, provision for removal of malba for cleaning the sites including collecting, staking and disposal of the rubbish /malba upto 100 meter lead including all the labour and transportation etc complete. out of the monuments premises and further, provision for the purchasing of essential article and t & p for the proper execution of the work i) pvc sheet, ii) pvc pan (tasla), iii) hammer with handle 1kg, iv) iron chisel 4",6", 8", v) pvc bucket, vi) pvc mug, vii)wire & coir brush, viii) wire & coir brush, ix) gum boot pvc in pair, x) pvc pipe 1", xi) wooden handle (fawra, hammer), xii) first aid box with medicine, provision for drawing and documentation charges including inspection of exis
