Tender For auction sale of others - total qty. = 46 units, description - scrap and unserviceable masonry structure of 46 units, type-i abandoned railway quarters at mdgr-block nos.: 68/1-2, 87/1-5, 91/1-5, 101/1-6, 130/1-4, 193/1-5, 19/1-4, 89/1-5, 129/1, 146/1-4, 70/1-2, 74/1, 62/1-2 (with ac sheet roof) with total plinth area of 1255 sq. meters. remarks:- (1) dismantling of the above quarters will be done by the purchaser at his own cost and risk and without causing any loss to any railway property. purchaser will demolish and clear up to ground level only. while dismantling explosive should not be used. all the debris, unserviceable materials to be cleared from site to outside railway land by the purchaser. (2) purchaser will not demolish water supply pipe line and electrical post in the form of pipe or rail and the same are not offered for auction. (3) any loss due to theft, accident etc shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railway.
