Tender For overhauling repairs to water turbine driven horizontal pumping unit at achoora gurez of misd hajin. - overhauling/major mechanical repairs/replacements of damaged non-functional mini water driven turbine (damaged by heavy snow slide) coupled with 03 cusec horizontal pumping unit. the job comprises of following works: pump sidei. engaging of labours in the machine drive chamber by way of moving of boulders and other trash till the machine chamber be cleaned and washed., ii. temporary oiling the turbine and pumping unit on machine chamber side till the the mechanism of machinery is free from rust and dust, then decoupling the pumping unit from the turbine coupling and genset from belting. using skilled labour and other tools and tackles., iii. dismantling of 8 x8 horizontal pumping unit from its existing pump foundation to machine floor smoothly without any hammer stroke using skilled job knowing personnel., iv. dismantling of the pumping unit parts at machine floor,removing of defective rotating kit assembly from the pump body using proper tools to be arranged by firm., v. shifting of the dismantled kit assembly with the allied accessories and defective chain pulley block to road side upto the lead of 150 m by head loading and then loading the rotating kit assembly in private load carrier to be arranged by the firm and shifting to workshop for conducting necessary repairs., vi. complete servicing of rotating kit cum bearing housing at workshop using diesel oil till the whole bearing assembly and rotating parts are washed and cleaned and free from rust and dirt. the job includes dismantling of bearing housing and removing of defective parts like damaged shaft, broken bearings and other items smoothly. the job includes removing of broken bolts from the bearing housing, re-tapping the damaged holes and providing and fitting of new holes., vii. repairs to impeller shaft of the pump by way of rebuilding the damaged portion using arc welding and then machining, polishing, threading completely till the size of the shaft is brought to required specifications. the job further includes providing and fitting of check nut as per sample., viii. manufacturing/providing and fitting of gm bush to suction part and gm cooling ring, gm gland with bolts. the job includes casting, machining, finishing to proper dimensions., ix. providing and fitting of high pressure gasket on suction side and delivery side., providing and fitting of ht bolts of assorted size, xi. rebuilding the wearing ring seats of suction and coupling end plates using ci welding electrodes. the job includes machining and finishing to proper dimensions., xii. repairs to defaced/ damaged impeller shoulder ring seats using ci welding electrodes. . the job includes machining and finishing to proper dimensions., providing and fitting of taper roller bearing on coupling side and gland side. the job includes greasing of bearing xiv. 32315, xv. 32314, xvi. assembling of bearing housing with rotating kit at workshop to check the rotating kit assembly is free from any obstacles and loading and shifting to site in private load carrier to be arranged by the firm including haltage and retun back of workers, turbine side:- repairs to turbine side by way of:complete cleaning and washing of turbine chamber by way of removing of boulders and other trash from the turbine by engaging of labours.complete servicing/ washing/oiling of turbine assembly in turbine chamber till the assembly of turbine and guide vanes are free from the rust and dust and then complete oil washing the guide vanes, guide hinges and outer body of turbineproviding and fitting if turbine shaft gm bush bearingtesting of turbine assembly on no-load decoupled from pump assembly by way of charging of turbine chamber to check the vibration, sound, rpm, setting of turbine guide vanes, hinges to ensure smooth functionre-installation of pumping unit by way of fitting of rotating kit assemblycomplete painting by black japan to entire pu
