Tender For auction sale of pway scrap - 52 kg scrap psc sleeper remarks: - kutcha/pucca approach road is available nearby the lot. delivery will be made on number basis only. quantity is physically available. breaking of sleepers is not allowed delivery will be made during all season. lot no. has been painted on the lot. the stockholder is responsible for any alteration, addition or deletion in the lot after joint inspection. four nos. inserts attached with psc sleeper will be delivered. new/released psc sleepers/t/out sleepers are lying near the lot. care should be taken that same is not delivered. fresh receipts of released psc sleepers are continuously going on near the lot. as such, the quantity available will be more than the lot proposed. delivery will be done as per quantity mentioned in ss-11 , joint inspection report and d.o only. the purchaser will be responsible for the safety of his labours and other staff in railway premises. the purchaser shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any other railway property/facility/equipments whether due to his negligence or otherwise purchaser should personally visit the site and see the lot in regard to loading point. no claim will be entertained after sale of lot. lot is ok for sale with above observations. stock holder : - sse/p.way/mnkd qty:- 670 nos.
