Tender For providing of custom bid for services - providing service for various jobs mentioned in tender at cherlapally lpg plant during oisd audit - 1. the job involves providing service for various jobs mentioned in tender at cherlapally lpg plant during oisd audit from 5th june to 7th june 2024. booking of accommodation/stay for oisd auditors in well reviewed and good hotels preferably 3 star or above in consultation with us. hotel tariff may be 12000 or above per night plus taxes. providing taxi service during oisd audit as per requirements preferably innova crysta or equivalent with bucket seat for 12 hrs. and 150 km basis per day. providing lunch arrangement by hiring good catering service at plant for total people of 20-25 persons approx. from 5th june to 7th june 2024 expenses for evening dinner in well from 5th june to 7th june 2024 as per advise for approx. 14 people miscellaneous expenses to be made during course of audit. 2. quality of service to be maintained as per bpcl standard. 3. contractor should keep someone from their thorough the visit as a single point of contact from plant official as and when required. 4. contractor should be prepared for any mode of payment as and when required throughout the visit. 5. contractor should not engaged anyone on sub-contracting basis. 6. contractor to provide services or supply of items based on our requirements which has not been covered above during audit period. 7. for line items no. 4 to 5, rates are fixed and vendors has to quote as per details given below. however payments will be made based on actual expenditure and on the submission of bills. 8. bidders to attend pre bid meeting whose link and date is shared on gem bid document for better understanding of the scope of work or any query
