Tender For auction sale of others - condemned civil structure of abandoned 1] bl- 14[oh] , unit-12, location- bwn, 2] pump house for pump no 13, unit-1, location- bwn, and 3] bl- 107 , unit-10, location- traffic colony, bwn, total - 23 unit, total qty- 01 by lot. above mentioned condemned structure are offered excluding common wall of adjacent another unit and boundary wall if any which has not been offered or sold . therefore such type of cases should be dealt with proper care during dismantling so that adjacent unoffered and unsold unit are not damage or broken in any way.condition-1] before bidding purchaser are invariably advised to see the lot and also check whether any unit of the offered lot is occupied in any way. if found occupied , in that case it is required to be brought to the notice of the custodian as well as to this office [ i.e. sr.dmm/hwh ] in writting at least 24 hours prior to the start of auction for taking further necessary action. 2] no complaints/claim by the purchaser will be entertained in this regard after e auction sale is completed. 3] the sold lot will be handed over to the purchaser in presence of concerned custodian , isa-sv, rpf, cdms and other personnel as the case may be , 4] dismantling work of sold structure is to be done by the purchaser on his own arrangement by providing tools, safety gears, machinery and labour required for the purpose. 5] purchaser should ensure to keep a safety banner around the work spot. 6] any loss / damage that may arise during dismantling work due to accident etc, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railways under any circumstances, 7] dismantling of the sold lot is allowed only up to the ground level of the condemned structures. 8] dismantling of the condemned structures [sold lot] will take place in presence of engg. officials. 9] purchaser shall ensure that dismantling work does not affect or endanger safety of life and railway property in near vicinity.10] no explosives can be used for demolishing, 11] custodian / engg. official has to ensure that debris arisen out of dismantling to be cleared by purchaser in proportion of delivery of released materials and he will invariably certify in sale completion report that all debris/waste etc. generated has been cleared by purchaser and the land is made clean, clear and level for further use.
