Tender For corrigendum : providing an alternate berthing arrangement (by using pontoon) to facilitate landing for tourists at aberdeen jetty near rajeev gandhi statue, rgws complex, sri vijaya puram, a and n islands. - shifting / towing of one number 100 ton cap. steel pontoon (size: 20mx9mx2m) from pbhc to aberdeen jetty (rgws) complex by suitable motor vessel and anchoring/positioning at the location as directed by the eic, including the cost of ropes and other required materials etc.., lashing charges,completing all port formalities,labour charges,transit insurance, all taxes and duties, gst, port dues, minor tools and plants, lwc etc. complete., fabrication of various component and fittings for pontoon jetty, the work including cutting and welding of steel strucutres for fabrications work by using various sizes of m.s rods, m.s.angles, m.s.channels, t-frame, seamless pipe schedule 80 pipes for bollards etc. as per the instructions of eic. removing all the dust and scales from the newly fabricated steel sections and applying one coat of synchromate primer of approved quality. the rate is including cost of different sizes of steel sections, welders/gas cutters, fitters, semi skilled labours, unskilled labours, painters, gas, carbide, welding rods (m/s. irs approved brand), minor tools and plants. hire charges of welding sets, gas plants, cost of primer paint and other consumables required, gst, lwc etc complete., collection of materials required such as c.c.anchor blocks / m.s anchors, chains etc. required in connection with pontoon jetty arrangement and other miscellanous works, loading, transporting, unloading and placing in suitable location as per the direction of eic, including cost of all labour charges for loading and unloading , hire charges of truck, gst, lwc etc. complete., supplying & fixing of chain pulley block 3 ton capacity at existing structure, suitable for lifting the aluminium gangway from the pontoon and lowering the gangway at the pontoon as and when required at aberdeen jetty, other miscellanoeus required, painting with aluminium paint as directed by eic. the rate is including the cost of all labour, materials such as aluminium paint, bolt and nut of various sizes, d shackle 32 mm pin size, wire grips 32 mm, g.i. chain 16 mm for gang way, m.s. hinges, chain pulley 3 ton capacity, pad lock & cardium compound ,gst and lwc etc complete., removing all the scale and rust, de-greasing the surface by pickling in dilute hydrochloric acid and thereafter attending painting to the 100 ton pontoon by applying one coat zinc phosphate primer and thereafter applying two coat high build black paint over the external area above water level area and finish black and deck green paint (marine quality) over the outer shells and deck plate,towing post, bollard etc. the rate is inclusive of all labour charges, paint, painting materials, scaffolding materials, chipping hammer, wire brush and other minor t&p, gst, lwc etc complete. (outer side surface only)., providing and fixing of accessories like old u/s truck tyre fenders all around the pontoon, hanging with g.i chain at suitable position as per the direction of eic. the rate is including cost of u/s truck tyres, transporting, cost of g.i. chain 16mm, d-shackle etc. or any other items required the the work, cost of all labour charges for making holes other minor t&p, gst and lwc etc. complete.
