Tender For custom bid for services - operational enabling activities in chp of cob#1-5 complex; 1) section operational activities in tippler for running shifts scope of job involves 1. wagons are to be placed in md1 (for tippler#1) and md2 (for tippler#2) t hrough a capstan winch (maximum 7 wagons) by means of hook fixing, deco upling, and winch operation, after placement of wagons by the traffic dep artment, for unloading in both tippler#1 and tippler#2. 2. after tippling, the empty wagons shall be shifted to a safe distance fro m tippler#1 and tippler#2 with the help of the empty side winch. 3. the first empty wagon on the empty side shall be decoupled and then co upled with the subsequent empty wagon pushed from both tippler#1 and ti ppler#2. the process of decoupling and coupling with the subsequent wag on shall continue until the completion of wagon unloading in both tipplers. 4. checking and cleaning of all underground equipments like (raf1 &raf2), belt conveyors, chutes and pitpumps at the beginning of each shift and per iodically to avoid any breakdowns. 5. periodical checking and cleaning of chutes during unloading from tippl er section to coal yard. 6. gate changing and diversion of belt routes as rquired for operation up to coal yard. 7. sample collection for labaratory purpose as per instruction of executi ng officer/chargeman. unit of measurement is "each". each is defined as the scope of job mentione d done in tippler section of old coal handling plant of coke ovens in a day, 2) scope of job involves 1. checking and cleaning of all belt conveyors, chutes, weigh feeders, and pit pumps of the blending section in both mt and expansion side shall be ca rried out at the beginning of each shift and periodically during the shift t o avoid chute jamming and ensure proper coal feeding to the service bunke 5 / 25 rs. 2. close monitoring of the discharge from weigh feeders shall be ensured as per the prescribed blend ratio, and air blasters shall be operated imme diately in case any weigh feeder is not discharging. 3. blending has to be stopped if any of the weigh feeders is not dischargin g even after operating air blasters and the same to be informed to concer ned shift incharge. 4. checking and cleaning of all belt conveyors, chutes and trolleys of all the service bunkers at the beginning of shift and periodically. 5. operation of trolleys of the service bunkers and communicate with elbd s after positioning of trolley for coal feeding. 6. gate changing and diversion of belt routes of service bunker s as rquir ed for operation. unit of measurement is "each". each is defined as the scope of job mentione d done in blending section in mt & expansides of old coal handling plant o f coke ovens in a day. the jobs are continuous in nature and shall be carried out round-thecloc k in three running shifts (a,b &c) the tenderer shall take up all works whi ch are specifically mentioned as per requirement in special terms and cond itions and also all facilitating activities which are necessary to maintain and ensure normal production..
