(2) the payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. ( including errection & dismental after work), disposal of rubbish/malba heap,soil etc. from monument to outside of municipal limit by tractor trolly including excavation loading and unloading etc.requirement proper completion of work at monument /site, provision for providing & making lime slacking & mortar pit by means of pit excavation, brick masonry & plastering over it. the size of the over all pit is 8.00m x 3.00m & depth is 0.90m. the pit is divided in to three parts & cement plaster, painting (two or more coats on new work) with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture, painting(one or more coats) with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade
