Tender For repair and replacement of e/m items in dad residential complex/ transit facility. - taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.note:- if the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor ete and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-charge a recovery @ of rs. 50/- per rm will be made from payment due to the contractor. in case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding., dismantling and taking down u/s sub-main wiring/service wire of any size including wooden batten / pvc conduit etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified & as directed.note: - if the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor ete and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-charge a recovery @ of rs. 50/- per rm will be made from payment due to the contractor. in case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding., dismantling and taking down old u/s tpn db/spn db any type and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc complete all as specified & as directed., material & labour for point wiring for one light point/one fan point one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (is:694 /1990) pvc insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (frlsh) with contineous earth wire of 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (frlsh) pvc insulated unsheathed, drawn in and including concealed pvc conduit, medium grade(isi marked) ,duly concealed on wall/ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings not less than 25 mm dia medium grade (color coding of wires shall be phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified) sunk metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed.note:- if the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-charge a recovery @ of rs. 50/- per rm will be made from payment due to the contractor. in case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding., all as per item no 4.00 but for one 3 pin/5 pin /6 amps socket outlet on same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed., all as per item no 4.00 but for one 3pin/5pin /6 amps socket out let on independent board with other switches, with cables 1.5 sq mm size, complete all as specified and directed., all as per item no 4.00 but with 2.5 sqmm pvc insulated frlsh cable for 15 amps power point complete all as specified & directed., all as per item no 4.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (light, fan, call bell) complete all as specified and directed., all as per item no 5.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (5 amps socket on same board) complete all as specified and directed., all as per item no 6.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (5 amps socket on independent board) complete all as specified and directed., all as per item no 8.00 but in existing concealed conduit inside wall, ceiling etc (15 amps socket on independent board) complete all as specified and directed., material & labour for point wiring for on
