Tender For custom bid for services - 9040c25d03 annual rate contract for in situ machining of various equipments at haldia refinery-00010 cme10051xx in-situ flange machining of flanges (all types) charges to carry out in situ machining of gasket face flanges (all types of flanges) of heat exchanger/ pipe/ pipe fittings/ column manhole/ reactor manhole/ vessel manhole/ or any other equivalent equipment with skilled manpower & suitable equiment/ machinery. job includes supplying of all types of tools and tackles, jigs and fixtures, lifting arrangements, electrodes, welding equipment, pmi machine, machineries, all consumables, labour etc. and supervision to complete the work in all respects as per drawings and direction of the engineer-in-charge, including area preparation, taking clearance for hot jobs, area cleaning after completion of work, flushing wherever required. the scope includes all necessary jobs (including weld buid up) required to restore the flange face finish as per asme b16.5/ b16.47 as per drawing specifications. the machined surface flatness and/ aarh, as applicable, is to be maintained as per prevailing codes and standards. contractor to identify the flange metallurgy for electrode selection required for weld build up. contractor has to execute weld build up jobs under the inspection of inspection department iocl refinery. after completion of work, the flange has to pass through pressure testing. unit of measurement "inch-dia" denotes inch-dia of the circular / oval flanges. in case of oval flanges, the measurement highest flange dia of a particular flange will be considered., 00020 cme1005101 in-situ flange machining of flanges (all types), 00030 cme1005102 mobilisation and demobilization charges, 00040 1,856,238.- round the clock/ shutdown factor: for shutdown/ breakdown/ emergency jobs, where the jobs are required to be continued round the clock, a multiplication factor of 25% shall be adopted on rfq item 10 comprising of m&i common mechanical, instrumentaion & electrical sor items (item nos. starting with cme, cin & cel)., .
