Tenders for Auction Sale Of Elv Scrap, Elv Scrap - The Department Of Food Safety, Gnct Of Delhi, Has Proposed The Disposal Of Three Condemned And Unserviceable Departmental, Comprising Two Maruti Omni (2011 Models) And One Maruti Suzuki Sx4 (2012 Model), Have Been Assessed As Non-operational And Fit Only For Scrapping. The Disposal Will Be Carried Out On An �as Is Where Is Basis� And On A Composite Lot Basis To Ensure Transparency And Efficiency. A Reserve Price Of ₹1,10,000 Has Been Fixed Based On Prevailing Scrap Value, With An Earnest Money Deposit Of ₹5,500 To Ensure Serious Participation. Bidding Will Be Restricted To Authorized Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities Meeting Prescribed Eligibility Criteria, Including Valid Statutory Registrations And Non-blacklisting Status. The Successful Bidder Will Be Responsible For Lifting, Dismantling, Transportation, And Scrapping Of Vehicles At Their Own Cost, As Well As Compliance With All Statutory And Environmental Regulations, Including Submission Of Deregistration And Scrapping Certificates. The Highest Bidder (h1) Among Technically Qualified Bidders Will Be Considered For Award, Subject To Approval Of The Competent Authority. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Deposit The Full Bid Amount Within Three Days Of Issuance Of The Letter Of Acceptance And Lift The Vehicles Within Seven Days Thereafter, Failing Which Penalties May Be Imposed. The Proposal Ensures Transparent Disposal, Revenue Realization, And Compliance With Environmental Norms.
