Tenders for Auction Sale Of Rolling Stock - 1) Before Commencement Of Delivery, The Witnessing Officials Should Go Through The Sale Docket And Deliver The Goods Only To The Authorised. 2) Delivery Should Be Effected One After Another Lorry And At A Stretch Delivery Of More Than One Lorry Should Not Be Allowed.3) Cutting Is Permitted For Loading Purpose.4) Lot Should Be Handed Over To The Purchaser For Cutting By The Witnessing Officials Under Clear Acknowledgement.5) After Completion Of Cutting, The Purchaser Has To Inform The Custodian To That Extent And Make His Request For Delivery Of Cut Up Parts. 6) The Final Delivery Is Effective Only On Clearing Debris 7) The Purchaser Should Remove The Loco Debris From Railway Premises Unfailingly To Have His Claim For Final Delivery. 8) The Purchaser Has To Take All Precautionary Measures Against Fire Hazard While Cutting The Loco. 9) The Custodian Should Keep Watch On Cutting Progress. 10) No One Other Than Authorised Should Be Allowed At Delivery Spot. 11) Bidders Are Requested To Inspect The Lot Themselves Prior To Bidding.
