Remarks - 1) Pvc Water Tank, Gi Water Pipe Should Not Be Offered For Auction. 2) After Dismantling, All Debris Of Condemned Service Building Should Be Collected And Removed From The Site Before Effecting The Delivery. 3) Any Type Of Hidden Materials Which Are Not Traceable/visible During Survey Of Quarter/structure During Dismantling Of Building Like Rails Angles, Channels Etc. Should Not Be Offered. 4) Dismantling Of The Above Buildings Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Allowed. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. 5) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc. Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. 6) Material To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis And Will Be Delivered In Numbers.
