Total Qty Is 1 Bylot. The Purchasers Are Advised To See The Lot For Road Approach, Location And Qty Before Bidding For The Lot. After Bidding No Correspondence Will Be Entertained. (9) Any Other Item Not Mentioned In The Do/bid Sheet/ds-8/survey Sheet Will Be Treated As Nfs (not For Sale) And The Same Should Be Returned To The Custodian And Retained By The Custodian. (10) The Purchaser Has To Demolish The Structure And Then Clear The Building Debris And Then Start To Take The Delivery. (11) Delivery Witnessing Officials Should Ensure The Clearance Of Building Debris. (12) Responsibility Of The Material From Whence The Dismantling Starts And Till The Delivery Completes- Any Theft/items Missing- Purchaser Is Squarely Responsible.
