Tenders for Providing Of Custom Bid For Services - (a) Dismantle All 15 Hubs From The Pre-chopper Shaft. (b) Conduct Run-out Checks And Ultrasonic Testing On The Shaft. (c) Supply 15 New Hubs Made Of Cast Steel Is1030 (iii) Grade (as Per Sample/drawing), Machine Them To The Required Specifications (including Spacers), Install Them Onto The Shaft, And Secure Them With Lock Nuts. (d) After Fitting The Hubs, Perform Dynamic Balancing Of The Entire Assembly And Submit Ultrasonic And Material Testing Reports For All Hubs.
