Important Notice: The Bidders Are Informed That Due To Ongoing Re-development Work At New Delhi Railway Station, Which Will Be Carried Out In Phases, The Contract At New Delhi Station Will Be Initially For Three (3) Years Only. Due To The Ongoing Re-development Work At New Delhi Station, Which Will Be Carried Out In Phases, Northern Railway Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract On Administrative Ground By Giving One Month's Notice. The Notice Shall Commence From The Date Of Issue Of Termination Notice. The Licensee Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Damage Or Compensation Because Of Such Termination On Administrative Ground.
