Tenders for Auction Sale Of Others - The Department Intends To Dispose Of Its Condemned/unserviceable Vehicles Through E-auction On An 'as Is Where Is' Basis. Interested Bidders May Inspect The Vehicles At The Specified Location On The Scheduled Date And Time Before Submitting Their Bids. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Responsible For Lifting, Transportation, Registration-related Formalities (if Applicable), Taxes, Duties, And Any Other Statutory Requirements At Their Own Cost. The Department Shall Not Provide Any Warranty Or Guarantee Regarding The Condition, Performance, Or Roadworthiness Of The Vehicles. Detailed Vehicle Information Is Provided In The Attached List
