Note:-(1)special Condition As Per Annexure-abc Dy Cple-iii Letter No. Rcf/hsq/plg/mpsh/510003 Dated 27/05/2024., As Per Drawing: Mp24clwwgs Version 1, Packing Instruction: Pi185 Version 02 Carline Assly:- The Supplier Shall Pack The One C/set (segments) Of Carlines In A Suitably Designed Robust Returnable Mettalic Cage/ Structure In Such A Way That Carlines Shall Not Get Entangled, Damaged, Twisted , Dented During Transportation, Storage, Handling And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surface Suitable Enviroment Friendly Cushioning Material Is To Be Placed Between Two Segmemts. Transit Damage If Any Shall Be At The Cost Of Supplier. The Packing Cage/structure To Be Fabricated By Using Sq. Tubes Channels/angles Having Sufficient Strength To Bear Approximate One Tonne Material Load In Static & Moving Condition Of One Coach Set Of Carline. The Bottom Part Of This Packing Cage//pallet Should Be Such That Curvature Profile Of Bottom Carline Should Match With The Profileof Packing Cage And It Can Accomodate Fork Lifter Arms For Lifting & Transportation. Itshould Have Standard Clamping/fastening Mechanism To Facilitate Easy Unpacking & Unloading. It Should Have Firm's Dentification/colour Mark. The Packing Cages Along With Set Of Carlines Supplied In One Lot Be Retained By Rcf & This Cage Set Shall Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contract, The Firm Shall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Cages From Rcf. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of Carline Under Open Sky.
