Remarks - 1) After Dismantling, All Debris Of Condemned Steel Structure Should Be Collected And Removed From The Site Before Effecting The Delivery. 2) Any Type Of Hidden Materials Which Is Found During Dismantling Of Building Like Rails Angles, Channels Etc. Should Not Be Offered. The Above Iron Materials Must Be Handed Over To Concern Sse/works/line/bsp Store. 3) Dismantling Of The Above Structure Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. 4) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc. Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. 5) Material To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis And Should Be Delivered In Weight.
