Tenders for Btps, Kpcl Intends To Engage A Competent Agency For Conducting Statutory Medical Health Check-ups Of Its Employees In Accordance With The Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code, 2020 And The Karnataka Factories Rules, 1969. The Successful Bidder Shall Conduct Four Rounds Of Medical Examinations During The Two-year Contract Period At Btps Premises, Using Its Own Qualified Medical Personnel, Equipment, And Consumables. The Scope Includes Conducting All Prescribed Medical Investigations, Issuing Statutory Health Records And Certificates, Maintaining Employee Health Records, Submitting Individual And Consolidated Medical Reports, And Ensuring Safe Disposal Of Biomedical Waste. The Agency Shall Complete The Medical Examinations And Submit The Reports Within The Stipulated Timelines Prescribed By Kpcl. All Costs Towards Manpower, Medical Equipment, Transportation, Boarding, Lodging, Consumables, Statutory Compliances, And Other Incidental Expenses Shall Be Included In The Quoted Rates. The Agency Shall Comply With All Applicable Statutory, Labour, Safety, And Contractual Requirements Throughout The Contract Period And Execute The Work To The Satisfaction Of The Executive Director (btps) / Dms (btps).
